      Pros

      A 100 year company specialized in drive line and steering. Was once a part of Delphi automotives and GM. Has survived thru rough whether during the recent recession. Has been steered well during the transition to part from Delphi to become a single entity. The entry into HPS and EPS.

      Cons

      The hierarchy in individual department's. Limited customer base. Location is far from the prime automotive hubs.
