Pros

Flexible work depending on your title and department, some employees are very smart.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth moving up, very political. HR sucks and does not do their job, and will try to screw you every chance they get. Some engineers know nothing about their own programs/products, you will depend on other people/places for information. Coworkers are not willing/eager to help solve issues.

Auburn Hills location had a cafeteria with a great meal plan. Food was great, you got your moneys-worth and it was very affordable.

Cons

Understaffed. Overworked. Lack of work-life balance. Unrealistic expectations for employees to meet due to lack of resources.

-One of the best-paying jobs in the area with decent benefits if you can tolerate staying there for several years.

Cons

-Horrible, hostile co-workers, incompetent management, disgusting environment which gets to over one hundred degrees and humid in the summer.
