      Work with a Committed team, open communication, lots of opportunities a within the company. Globally invested. Technology leader, has competitive pay and benefits with carrier planning for salaried employees

      Have some process and procedural delays that come from a working in a large company with a some "red tape" policies.

      Great work environment, good people to work with, family friendly place, willingness to work on new technology, great opportunity to learn skills.

      Cons

      Work location (Saginaw). Nexteer does not want to promote people unless they are about to leave the company...which is bad for your career overall. Unless you get lucky, you will be stuck without progress for a long time. Limited growth opportunities. No merit increases recently. Below par salary and benefits.
