Leave work at the door

Pros

Nextiva make sure you have balance and are not at work all the time. It’s nice to be able to take evenings and weekends off and work normal hours without feeling bad. I really do leave work at the door. But this does not mean I don’t like the company. It’s a good business and one of the best company offices in Ukraine.

Cons

There isn’t much. I do think there could be more regular performance reviews. I want to know that I am on track and progressing well and it’s hard to do that right now.

Pros

I like the team I’m on. It’s the best group of people I’ve been around at work.

Cons

Priorities and plans change often. Where we need to focus as a team changes too much. It’s usually caused by an issue that’s identified.

Pros

Good company that cares about its customers Different from every company it competes with Little to no company politics or games Long term plan for the company is thought out Moves quick (also a con) Unique culture Growing fast Balance and hours I work are right for me Channel here is not like typical channel sales in telecom. In a good way

Cons

Being remote, tough skin is a must Channel doesn't always get the most attention in the company Things happen so fast in every area and I always se things we missed in planning or don't even plan for There's no set plan for when remote employees come into the Scottsdale office on a regular basis Newer to the channel so we don't have the legacy credibility
