      Pros

      Before Nextiva I worked at Zenefits in Scottsdale. I can't properly compare the two but rating Nextiva in its own category, I would say it's a good company. I say this because the people I work with are smart and care for the company and the business has upside since it sells things that most other businesses need more than want. It's a good atmosphere. When I started there were 400 people in the company and it's been fast to see how many people have since joined. I wasn't expecting this when I started working but it's something I have enjoyed being a part of.

      Cons

      Complaints I can't really judge and I don't have many. Some things I'd like to see more in the office is a gym, free food daily, cafeteria, more parking spaces, free internet at home, 3 or 4 day work week, free cell phones, unlimited paid time off and gas reimbursement.

      Pros

      *Growing company *Important product *Phone service is something all businesses need and Nextiva is more modern than the other companies selling phone services to businesses. *Good customer service *Friendly people inside the company *Early roots of caring about culture and atmosphere *Health insurance plan is good *Work on weekends and nights isn’t demanding. Work / life balance *There’s a mix of people that have been working at Nextiva for a very long time and new people *Events out of the office *CEO is smart

      *Difficult to keep up with company news and information *I don’t know everyone in the company *Priorities change fast *Pressure is high, but it also feels unfair at times because some departments don’t get the same pressure

      Account Executive

      Pros

      I would categorize this as the most difficult job I've had and the best job I've had. There's not a typical day at work and I get annoyed with lots of things, but also see Nextiva from another perspective. That's why I'm here and want to stay. It's growing all the time and I've worked with fantastic people.
