      Great learning and growth opportunities

      Pros

      I’ve never been in such a fast learning environment. It’s cool to be able to take on big projects and be trusted to figure it out. I like the trust that the leadership team puts in their people and think it unlocks loads of potential.

      Cons

      I think the benefits could be better, I know that is something they’re working on. All in all I think the major “issues” the management is aware of and making progress on.

      Decent benefits, great people to work with, good work/life balance, great team spirit, many opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, slow to receive raise and need to fight for a higher raise, slow to listen to employee input, lots of growing pains as company goes up-market
