This is a great company to be a part of. They have an exciting future ahead and it’s pretty neat to be a part of it. I know I’m growing and developing myself, and furthering my career by being here.

Cons

Benefits could be better. I want more training and development opportunities.

Really amazing work environment and handled the Covid-19 challenges really well. These are good people who work really hard.

Cons

I have a long commute and parking is a huge pain.

I love my job and working for Nextiva. I have an awesome team and our projects are usually interesting and engaging. I enjoy going to work and that’s something new as I hated my old job and really dreaded going in every morning.

Cons

Benefits are top notch and salary is on par with industry averages. . Overall a great experience with really great people i don't have anything bad to say.
