      Pros

      I have been working at Nextiva for almost 3 years and my favorite thing about this company is the people. My team in particular is awesome and I genuinely look forward to coming into work every day. We work well together and support one another. It’s exactly as you’d want it to be.

      Cons

      To work for an organization like Nextiva is the best experience ever that I would recommend any one. So I dont have any cons.

      Always growing

      Pros

      It’s the only company I’ve been with that cares for its people and the community consistently. I previously worked at Godaddy and Wachovia. Every month there’s programs to support nonprofits. It’s also the first company where I haven’t been around people who are focused on making their own lives better and backstab their colleagues along the way.. The difference here is that most people and managers are trustworthy and in it for more than just building a resume. It’s a family environment.

      Cons

      The office was nice when we moved in but updates are needed more frequently. Some managers in other departments get the job without sufficient experience and it makes me wonder why we give certain people promotions. Aside from product training there’s not a lot of training around formal development and making people well-rounded. Diversity isn’t the best but for technology and Arizona, it’s likely good. Very few out of office team building events.

      A learning position

      Pros

      - Learned a ton about the many facets of networking and of it's intricacies - This job will expose you to the water instead of just dipping your toes in - There are some very intelligent and wonderful people at this company - Accountability; this was one of the most demanding jobs I've had, but it gave me a strong work ethic and taught me self-discipline - Catered food every Friday, ice cream every other Wednesday, and breakfast every Monday from Lock, Stock, and Bagel

      Cons

      - Could pay better, but the experience you will gain is invaluable - Underestimate their employees. No one can truly know an individual unless they are analyzed in-depth. I think that there is some really prime talent at this company that doesn't get the recognition they deserve.
