-Incredible work environment -Most employees very talented, smart, and capable; great to work with -Free food -Great insurance -Room for advancement -Constant opportunities to grow and learn; management is extremely supportive in this regard -Casual, yet driven environment -Lots of fun activities -Company gives back to the community -Company game room -Outstanding company culture -Company is growing quickly

Cons

-401k matching; huge write off for company, pretty common to provide -Stock options -Subsidize a greater portion of insurance -Expand food programs -Expand supplemental benefits such as gym reimbursement, on-site health benefits (biometric testing machines, for example), tuition reimbursement

Culture, Opportunity, Product. The vision of the company is exciting and the next year looks extrememly encouraging. Its fun to work for a company where you get such frequent contact with the upper management team and CEO.

Cons

General pains of a company that is growing quickly. But nothing that concerning. Every company that is growing this quickly will encounter challeneges.

Pros

I worked with some awesome people and we are still friends. Every day was busy. The office is in a good location There are lots of people that genuinely care about the company. This is different from most companies I've worked at and where I am now. The product they sell is useful for businesses. Growing fast. If you want to do more you can.

Cons

I left Nextiva since my wife decided to go back to school in Florida and if I were to come back to Phoenix, I would want to work at Nextiva. Pressure is high. Little room for error. Training needs improvement.
