Suggestions for Improvement:
Vending Machines: There are limited healthy snack options in both vending machines. It would also be great to see juices added to the beverage selections.
Staff Computer Area: Is it possible for shared equipment, particularly phones and headsets, to be cleaned on a regular basis? The headsets are often visibly dirty.
Bathrooms: The women’s restroom frequently feels muggy, and one stall has a door that is difficult to open and is often affected by excessive toilet paper use. The current air freshener does not seem to be effective.
Celebrations & Events: HR often takes photos during events and celebrations, but these are not typically shared. Posting them on the Paylocity Community page would be a great way for staff to see and enjoy these moments.
Recycling: Is there a reason recycling is not available? We seem to generate a significant amount of plastic waste from events, vending machines, and items brought from home.
PTO Leave: I would like to see improvements to the Sick and PTO leave policy. Is there a way for employees to earn separate sick leave so that PTO is not used for illness? For example, allowing a set amount of sick time to accrue, with PTO serving as a backup once sick leave is exhausted. I believe this type of structure would greatly improve morale and provide employees with greater peace of mind.
