-Benefits -Executive team actually cares about employees -work from home -Ignore the noise. Majority of negative reviews on companies are from sour employees. -Company didn't panic when the pandemic hit - good response to transition.

The People are amazing The culture is really about making the staff feel welcome, included and part of the company as a whole. Customer focused. They strive to make sure the customers are taken care of.

Back in the early days there was a great group of employees and management team to work with and for, management empowered us to work hard and be a part of a great team.

Cons

For months the new CEO told us, on his monthly updates, that everything was "fine" then a couple months later they laid off 15 employees, coincidentally enough, the same month, they hired two new executives. The family environment this company offered at one point is long gone and since the arrival of the new management, it seems as they only care about profits and production above all. The worst accounting/finance leadership.
