VERY management top heavy. Most are more concerned with promoting and patting the "good ol boys" on the back. Mass exodus of 75% of top employees after NexusTek merger says something.

Only work if here if desperate. Leadership/Managerment only care about themselves and lie....constantly....to employees and customers. Don't get the stink of this company on you.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do. People who know me understand that I tend to speak my mind, and I am fully transparent on All Hands Calls. You're right - I do have a problem with public venting on forums like this instead of having the courage to discuss gripes in person. I suspect that job seekers are smart enough to decipher what's really going on here for themselves. It's a cultural transformation, and not everyone likes accountability.
