Cons

Managers who dont know what they are doing Sales people who dont have a clue Bottom line they will offer you everything you are looking for but pull it away once you join This is not a long term employer so dont come here if you are looking for longevity

Pros

There are opportunities to grow everywhere. The executive team are showing real culture level commitment to being a high growth - high opportunity - highly positive and fulfilling place to work. There is real efforts, commitments, and tangible decisions to point at every day including changes and recalculations based on employee feedback.

Cons

There are challenges as anyplace can have but I have yet to run into or deal with anything that would be a deal breaker.
