Challenging, Rewarding, Great People
Pros
I was referred by a friend to NexusTek and I'm very thankful this opportunity came my way. NexusTek provides a fast paced environment with a ton of opportunities to work with some of the best technology out there and build your tech skills to a higher level and career stagnation isn't even possible here. People here have been extremely willing to help and I have been thanked more in one month by management at NexusTek than I ever was at my previous Job. There are a lot of perks too and pretty much every week food has been catered in, the fridge is always well stocked, Keurig coffee machines, incentive programs that reward top performers in every department, foosball tournaments, etc. The atmosphere here is very open and management is approachable and open to suggestions. Working with other engineers so far has been great and I regard my peers as very knowledgeable people that I can rely on and try to be an asset to them in return. There are excellent pportunities for advancement because NexusTek is growing rapidly and I've already seen promotions happen in my short time here which makes me confident in my future here. Most Importantly, I feel appreciated here and that makes me want to work hard and do my best.
Cons
NexusTek is growing rapidly and people who aren't used to busy work flows may be disoriented initially. However, in my experience so far management is very patient and has given those who are falling behind extra time and coaching to catch up.
