This company is growing rapidly and there are great opportunities to learn and develop your career here. The management works hard to enable employees to maintain work/life balance, and stay focused on customers.

Cons

With all the recent growth space is tight and the company is planning to move to new space in February.

Pros

NexusTek has built a great team of professionals that are dedicated to provide excellent customer service. They are growing by leaps and bounds and that has created a lot of opportunity for driven individuals to advance their careers.

Cons

The company has changed from being run as a family business to a corporation. The focus has changed from employee and customer service to revenue. This is understandable with investor responsibility but wasn't a good fit for me anymore.
