      Pros

      Great people who truly care about their clients, the services they deliver and each other. New leadership is driving us in a new direct. It is very exciting time and there is a lot of potential for growth.

      Cons

      All change is hard and not everyone is excited about the new direction. This can be challenging a times.

      Great Leadership and Growth Opportunities

      Pros

      Working at NexusTek has been an incredible experience. The leadership is supportive and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of the team. There’s a lot of room for growth, and the collaborative work environment makes it easy to connect with others and share ideas. What I appreciate most is that good work never goes unnoticed; the company values hard work and makes sure it’s recognized. Time is respected here, and we’re not bogged down by unnecessary meetings. The company is always striving to improve, and it’s exciting to be part of that growth. Inclusivity is also a core value, which creates a welcoming and diverse atmosphere. It’s a great place to work, and I highly recommend it.

      Cons

      The only challenge I’ve encountered is that the fast-paced environment can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially if you're not highly organized. However, with the right time management and prioritization, it's manageable.
