      New Executive Leadership Doesn’t Care About Employee Experience

      Great history, caring employees, diverse workforce

      Cons

      The new Executives could care less about the employees, building a strong culture and are taking the organization back to old less and innovative models. They have a my-way or the highway approach which may drive some short term wins but will have long term consequences and will drive out top talent.

      Good team. Good immediate leader.

      Cons

      Terrible CEO. Executives are completely disconnected for the employees. Nepotism is awful especially with the new CEO Lloyd. The company has no money but he continues to hire his friends from Duke. Safety used to be a priority but that’s gone to the back burner so the Execs can fill their pockets.
