      Pros

      Very open environment, everyone really works together as a team throughout all of the facets of the company. Every employee I have met is more then willing to give you a hand at a moments notice if you ask. Total benefits package is is great, some of the best I have come across in my career.

      HR department can be hard to work with Some of the software packages used are antiquated
