      closed-minded; old school energy mindset; no diversity

      Pros

      * Executives are very approachable * Contributions and opinions are supported and used from the lowest analyst level - great opportunity to get really good experience

      Cons

      * If you are not a white male, you are not going to be promoted * Management expects you to work like a dog with minimal rewards * Bonus structure not like that of a typical energy company - and they never reward bonuses at full percentage potential * Healthcare is extremely expensive ... actually more than you would pay if you were independent * HR department is a flat out joke. They don't believe in anonymity and nothing is a secret.

      Pros

      flexible hours, good benefits, great people, I really enjoy working for this company. I've only been here for a few years and have advanced greatly.

      Cons

      have to get to know the right people to get things done at times. Some people in management won't pay attention to lower level employees.
