Great incentive based on how the company performs Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Company looks out for themselves vs. you and will never take your side on things (even when you are right) You are not protected unless being in a union, so even if you don't like your manager or have a job change (without your consent), you're screwed A lot of re-org, don't pay certain departments well, don't have a great system for internal development (your supervisor has to support it as well as theirs) Don't bother growing in your role unless you're willing to relocate to the main office in OH.
