      Good benefits, besides the healthcare.

      Cons

      The company only cares about profits and diversity hiring. It does not care about you unless you look or act in the diverse way they you want. It's racist and gender discrimination. I spent over 4 years dedicated to this company but they were not dedicated to me or the customers. I took on a new role and tried my best to take care of my customers and fellow employees. I burned out eventually because the company only cares about profits and diversity hiring. I was more dedicated to the customers and other employees than they were.

      Co workers are supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Management allows non-inclusive, unethical, cutthroat, and abusive behaviors from the leaders. They say they have an ethics along with a non retaliation program but it’s not true it’s there to helps the leaders and foster their bad behavior.

      Only things management cares about is making money and their bottom line. Have never seen a pay raise over 2k in 5 years. I'm losing money working for them with inflation. Most of the staff is looking for a way out asap because management is toxic and are implementing a new tool that will cause chaos.
