Pros
- flexible work schedule - pay is OK - Good people
Cons
- very heavy meeting culture, need to get it a room for everything - Technology is very outdated, Lotus Notes, who is still using that? - Outsourced IT to IBM, they get in the way and stop innovation, every single employee has nothing good to say about the relationship - every single manager, sits his his/her office, closes the door and almost never comes out all day long
