Pros

It's a good place to work if you like the fast pace of a growing company. People are friendly and are willing to help if it will improve the overall outlook of the company. It also feels good to work for one of the leaders in sustainable packaging.

Cons

The financial rewards are much lower than similar competitors. There's perhaps too much emphasis on cost cutting which in the end doesn't always increase profits because instead of doing less work you have to do more.
