      There are pros but it varies by team

      Cons

      They are very heavy on politics. Even if you do a good job and have solid projects under your belt, if upper leadership decides they want to get rid of you, they will — simply because upper management’s ego is too big to admit they made a mistake. You’re also expected to work crazy hours with an overwhelming workload and poor work‑life balance. This company has changed a lot since the HQ was in Ontario. You’re just a number now, and they’ll get rid of you at any moment. There have been MULTIPLE times where they randomly fired a percentage of HQ employees for no reason.

      You can get discounted water from their water sale.

      Cons

      Management presented notable challenges, particularly in the area of communication. There was a consistent gap between the expectations placed on employees and the clarity provided to meet them, leaving staff without adequate direction or guidance. The workplace culture also proved difficult to navigate, as social dynamics tended to be exclusionary, making it challenging for employees to feel fully integrated into the team.
