Cons
Graveyard shift is not for everyone. Dispatch usually starts around 6, 7pm or so, and you don’t get back until about 3, 4AM. Sleep during the day, working at night wasn’t for me. Totally won’t have anytime to socialize with your friends and family. Might as well go OTR.
