      Pros

      Most of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. At the time I worked there it had good benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, dirty from the powdered metal.

      Pros

      I can’t think of any, besides just a break room with a tv, and weekly pay.

      Cons

      Management’s excuse for not getting rid of a disrespectful, and harassing work lead that’s responsible for the loss of well over 1/2 dozen other people, because she has “Too much experience”. But, they have no problem with replacing everyone she causes to leave, because of how she treats them, and they do nothing about it. That’s not good business. Any NORMAL employer would terminate someone who WILLINGLY causes a hostile and unsafe work environment, than to look for another 1/2 dozen workers to replace the ones she’s pushed out the door.

      Anyone who works for at least 10 years and retires ends with a short outcome.
