Pros

Cool people to work with, fancy name on your resume, decent offices, petty perks here and there! You can make great connections!

Cons

Cheap salaries, bad managers and line producers. They pretend to care about their employees but it’s all fake. They need to catch up to more progressive companies!

Pros

Good benefits like 401k and medical. The parent company emphasizes work-life balance but that doesn't really trickle down to Nick. Co-workers were nice but senior management did not care.

Cons

Very unsupportive work environment, lack of leadership and negative atmosphere. Senior management was very unprofessional and downright mean. Have never experienced such a negative and harsh environment particularly with one senior executive.

Pros

Fun products on the digital side, great work life balance. Amazing co-workers with lots of enthusiasm and passion for their work.

Cons

Raises and promotions can be difficult. They hire a lot of contractors who often work for many years before getting hired full time, if ever. Digital business could strive to be a bit more cutting edge.
