Pros
Nidec Company has fostered a sense of simplicity & relaxation in it's hiring process. The HR group is very efficient and clear in their requirements & they are willing to go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Furthermore, the community of coworkers are very welcoming and the engagement committee creates really good office events, from time to time. I really enjoy the business ambiance.
Cons
Getting to the building from the parking lot can be fairly challenging, especially during rainstorms. Also, the entrances/exits are fairly limited.
