      Was an okay place to work, but is falling apart

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, semi relaxed workplace. casual Fridays, occasional doughnut.

      Cons

      management really don't pay attention to anything but the numbers and it has gotten worse over the years. Seems to be no one held accountable no matter how bad things go. A lot of finger pointing.

      Job is very secure, great portfolio of products, good Health Ins. Barbecues at work. Close family knit.

      Cons

      Long Hours, 10+ expected. Japanese mindset (i.e. workaholics, you'll never see you family, etc.)
