If you got a comp science or IT qualification. The role and job task is really different from what is offered during interview. There are no SQL or any other technology used. Only excel in some teams

-A very good start for a fresh grad as they provide a superb series of training -No hierarchy where you can feel free to speak out and connect to your manager to talk about anything -Great people and also environment

Cons

-Low benefits as compared to other international company -Bonus only for Senior Manager level and above -A bit slow for career progression

Good environment of work with young generation and easy to share the idea to top level of management.

Cons

Nielsen Operation Center based on Malaysia is new office and some work need to be done on out of work. But I sure that it will be okay after few months.
