Pros

Good Environment, Friendly Colleagues, Work as Team and tasks will be guided or advised by Senior if you are new joiner.

Cons

No bonus given to executive and below, they only give this to manager and above(not fair tbh). OT can only be claimed once 4 hours completed, else you do OT for nothing. Limited chance for growth because they will based more on some sort of management program internally.
