Pros

Doesn't require too much intelligence. It's more babysitting then anything.

Cons

Don't expect a raise or gratitude for any work you do. Your not allowed an opinion about your job. This place is a walking HR issue. From inappropriate relationships with direct reports on company property to out right discrimination on all levels.

Pros

Transparent and open management; I feel that my opinions are heard and valued by management. Company car, phone, and laptop. Flexible schedule and you don't go into an office. Opportunity to travel to other markets. Never gets boring.

Cons

Must be able to handle rejection from homes. Must thrive when working independently and can be lonely. Nights and weekends are the best times to recruit. Advancement may be limited if you are not willing to relocate. Can be high pressure to meet numbers.
