Great place to start in CPG, but long-term opportunities are limited

Pros

Big pool of analysts to lean on, share experiences and learn with. It's a great company if you're just starting out in CPG and want to learn more about the industry and be trained on a commonly used tool.

Cons

Manager involvement and support varies significantly, so promotions and recognition are based on who you know, not the quality of work you're doing. Large number of analysts also means that it's hard to stand out of the crowd. Salary is below industry average.
