Pros
Pay is "OK" but could be better. The opportunity to make your schedule is nice but its almost impossible to manage. Company car and other small perks.
Cons
When the job was good, it was a fun place to work for but it is no longer. The main focus of the company is to "do more with less." I have seen several people go over the years and more work be added while not giving the proper resources to complete the job in a quality manner. Very hard to move up in the company unless you move.
