Pros
There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the company, but even better -- it offers a great build for your resume, should you decide to leave. I know many analysts that have gone on to work for clients.
Cons
Many people complain about compensation, but I feel like you are going to get that anywhere you go. However, a good point to be made is that the company's goal is to become a Premier Analytics and Consulting company, and in order to attract the top talent, you need to be willing to pay more than market average for compensation. That's all I'd say.
