      Pros

      Great work culture. One of the better MNCs to work in Challenging roles, good global exposure Possible to achieve good work life balance...but cant guarantee!

      Cons

      The company as an overall is still not very profitable, the company is not doing a lot of "cool" stuff...though they try hard Given that the operations are spread across the globe they are spread very thin and dont focus on Not the best pay master.

      Pros

      Nielsen has very good learning and development programs. Company offers enough opportunity for everyone for self-development (personal & professionally) Its up to an employee to take benefit of this.

      Cons

      Work culture depends on the team you work with, where it varies drastically across teams. Money is not at par with other top MR agencies.

      Nice people, established organisation, some flexibility, decent benefits, regional roles.

      Cons

      Miserable staff, stressful environment with long hours, constant cost cutting made it an unhappy experience especially recently. HR are particularly clueless/naive.
