      Interesting and dynamic media industry

      Cons

      No care for employees whatsoever. Management moves employees in and out without a thought for exiting or existing employees. People are just holding their jobs waiting to ride out the economy and hoping to not be let go as the result of management’s latest idea. The company is struggling to innovate holding on to an outdated leadership position.

      Good Data, data and ML related use cases. Travel allowance apart from you r salary. Good compensation durin layoffs.

      Cons

      Type of work and M;DL usecases really depend on which team you are assigned to. Layoffs without reason. Low Morale of remaining people. No promotions.

      Independence when not being scrutinized, when company does not want you they give you secured buildings so it’s impossible to sign.

      Cons

      Manager favorited new hired over tenured employees. They will take a territory away from you even if you had produced success to give you secured buildings when they no longer want you
