Pros

Great work-life balance including flexible work from home and unlimited PTO. Great team focused environment and culture.

Cons

Upper level management must personally approve every promotion. Don't expect to get one until over a year after you've earned it... even with your manager vouching for you and giving you great annual reviews. Pay is notably low compared to other companies.

Pros

Flexible schedule is the only thing.

Cons

I was let go because they were slow on work or out of work. They made up a reason stating that “ I was fired due to being late a few times.” But. I still had plenty of paid time off hours and I explained to them prior that I go to school and that’s the main reason why I saved my PTO hours but they didn’t care. When they claimed to understand students especially being a part time job hiring people going to school.

Pros

-opportunity to work part time after getting off of my real job

Cons

-EXTREMELY outdated equipment (think Mary Tyler Moore or I Love Lucy era) -inconsistent certification structure. One person would be told one thing and another would be told something else. Training and management werent in sync -discriminatory practices. Emphasis seemed to be placed on bilingual employees. Non Spanish Spanish speakers were treated like non factors -unrealistic metrics. It’s really based on luck -delusional management. the supervisors will walk around like you’re on the Wolf of Wallstreet. They acted like they were working for the Obama administration when in reality you’re getting hung up on all night via rotary phone. -they are hiring anyone. No explanation needed but luckily for the people they’re hiring, they don’t drug test or half of the building would be gone.
