It's a well-known company name.

Cons

Even though their business depends very much on technology, Software Engineers are just seen as a cost. They just want to outsource everything they can to contractors in India. And since they have a "lowest-rated 10% gets fired" policy people will try to keep information from you and stab you on the back if they can to make sure they stay ahead. I stayed for a year and a half and left once I realized there was no point in staying any longer.
