Pros

$22.00 per hour which is well above industry standard for an unarmed guard position. The management does not hide their willingness to promulgate an antagonistic relationship with the employee.

Cons

on your first day you will find out that you must pay the company to rent a mostly used uniform for $300.00. If a uniform item becomes unserviceable the employee will pay to ship it back to the employer. Often times the company will send you a uniform item that is unserviceable and you will have to pay to ship it back to the company.

$17/hr is okay, but they made it sound like it was a performance raise when it was actually a renegotiation of the contract and everyone got the raise. Overtime was never forced and could be turned down without reason when asked to work extended hours.

Cons

Joah Hanneken is a gaslighting nightmare to work for. The husband and wife that work there are immature and like to cause trouble behind the supervisor's back. The day supervisor doesn't mind telling you that Trump is going to go to jail. There's an extremely high turnover rate for very good reason. Guards walked off the job or did not show up for shifts on the regular. If you don't answer your phone, you are fired.
