Benefits rollercoaster (mostly downwards) since separating from Raytheon. Heavy emphasis on flattening benefits across the workforce, which resulted in large reductions to the engineers Overall morale has been spiraling downwards, management either is unable or unwilling to try and correct this. Unpaid "all-hands" meetings Recent layoffs of key staff Very high levels of stress Long standing employee attrition
