Increases were over 10% for most of the years

No work life balance, Overtime is an expected norm No benefits at all. You just get salary and that's it. No compensation for overtime put into projects, Not even lunch. Grievances are slow or not at all resolved. Not a large client base so when put into a project you can be stuck in a role that does not align with your career aspirations
