To much politics:- It doesn't matter how good you are in your work, unless you are manager favourite. 3. People are leaving company because of worst politics, even though company tried to retain them Note: PERSON WHO LEAVE THE COMPANY DUE TO LOW SALARY MAY RETURN IN THE FUTURE BUT WHO LEAVE THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF CULTURE WILL NEVER RETURN.
