- Teaches you the ropes of being a great publicist - Great work space with lots of areas to work and layout that fosters collaboration - Praise is given for achievements by months "Nikes" - Guaranteed an opportunity to rise up in the company should you do well

Cons

- Work/life balance is a bit off and you are expected to work crazy hours and are told to "prioritize" - Clear hierarchy throughout the work space that makes it hard to meet new people - Orientation could be a bit better in terms of assimilating the junior level staff. - Achievement or success is only measured by number of placements you receive each month
