Company offers great flexibility for employees to do the best in their own ways to achieve objectives and make a change. It is growing fast and large but still keeps the spirit of a start-up which people are very motivated and passionate. Nimble makes everyday work challenging and exciting!

Cons

Due to rapid growth, some process needs to be changed and built for better results.

great technology, Amazing senior management, very accessible CTO and VP of engineering

Cons

don't care about your career growth. I joined the company as a staff engineer cause that was the only title they gave to engineers then. One year down the line they introduced new titles and demoted me to a senior software engineer. Hilariously bad mid management.

Many people at the company are very passionate about the product, most people are enjoyable to work with and very bright people in general.

Cons

As with many companies, there are a few bad apples that spoil the bunch. Some employees seemed to have gotten hired based only on their connections and not their merits, which is evident in the quality of their work.
