Pros
Lay back and never a eye on you completely or complaints when you do job safety or unsafe, just like being at mom & pop businesses
Cons
Unreal hours awake, going nonstop because there short staffed or there not enough trained people to do the job properly. Your paid 22 hr but no per diem so your blowing your check on food unless your on the 660 crew on pump down jobs then only do get free food.
