Nine9 is one of the most amazing places I've ever worked. The people I work with aren't just my co-workers anymore they're my family. I've grown so close to everyone. There's nothing I wouldn't do to help them. The talent and the castings are amazing as well. I've seen casting from billboards in Detroit to major lead roles on Netflix series. I love this place I highly recommend coming in. Meet the team and see what we are about. Show us your talents and your personality. I know you won't regret it!

Pros

Diversity is a really important part of the culture of NINE9. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and the company prefers to promote from within . The company values its employees and has an open door policy. The training process is a lot of fun. There is a lot to learn but everyone in the office is super helpfully. My experience with NINE9 has been great so far. It’s hard work but it’s definitely worth it. My favorite part of my job is helping potential talent start their modeling and acting careers.

Cons

I wish the building was warmer.

There is some room for Growth within the company if you work hard. The Administrative team is amazing and super helpful at all times. Good Schedule. Fun environment from time to time.

Cons

Communication needs to be improved within ALL departments not only administratively. We need more administrative team members, not less.
