Hi and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Nine9. We're always disappointed to see we didn't excel as a company in the eyes of our employees. It's important to us that our employees feel management is approachable and that they treat everyone with respect. If this wasn't what you experienced, we apologize profusely. Based on your review, it does sounds like there may have been some issue at the time with how you felt our service and our brand was presented. We feel that with additional training and a deeper understanding of how our company operates, working with us may have been a more enjoyable experience. Nine9 is a place that looks to help talent achieve their dreams and we never want anyone to feel taken advantage of. Our refund policy is very clear but we have issued refunds for service if we haven't held up our end of the agreement we've made with our talent. We want to be as fair as possible. I'd also like to take a moment to say that it's not uncommon for a company to change their name. After 15 years in business, a rebranding is often needed to present clarity about who a company is and what they stand for. In Nine9's case, this was a strong move as branding and marketing have come a long way since the company's inception in 2003.
