Pros

Fast paced environment where you can make a huge impact. Still very much a "the best idea wins" type of company. Lean into modern technology and data usage to help make the best decisions. Good culture. Everyone approaches things with a "let's just get the job done" attitude.

Cons

Fast paced has the downside of meaning that you wear a lot of hats as needed to get the job done.

- Fun, young, talented group - Great benefits and compensation - Startup atmosphere, so lots of opportunity to interact with people across teams and work directly with the C-Suite

Cons

- Switch to remote work during the pandemic has meant losing out on the fun of being face-to-face with a great group of people, but should come roaring back once we return to the office
