Pros

Very knowledgeable staff that works extremely well together. Management is very supportive of it's employees and is eager to assist them when needed. 'Flat' management system makes all feel as equals, anyone can reach out to anyone at any level and get a helpful response. The company does a great job of communicating with its employees by giving updates on growth, general direction and future prospects. Flexible hours. Overall a very optimistic and motivated environment. As a developer you will learn a lot here.

Cons

Really no cons other than many of our coworkers are spreadout globally so we rarely get to meet them, but frequent communication through Zoom meetings does help.

- The management listens to each and everyone regardless of their title! - The Culture is unlike any company I've worked in my 20 years long career - The Company has solid financials and steady growth - Tremendous Growth Opportunities within the company

Cons

- I've not seen any red-flags in my almost 10 year tenure with Ninja :)
